Peer Recovery Services
Support patients in recovery, peer support groups, referrals to resources, role model, advocate, encourage hope, optimism, and healthy living.
Residential Drug Treatment
Community Rising, LLC is a 24 hour residential facility.
Referrals are accepted from the criminal justice system, public and private substance abuse programs, local health departments, department of social services, community health centers, area hospitals, private health practitioners, employee assistance programs and other agencies participating in substance abuse treatment and intervention.
Level 3.1
All new admissions must meet the criteria set forth by the DSM 5 and the ASAM Level of placement. Level 3.1 is a structured recovery residence environment, staffed 24 hours a day which provides clinically managed, low-intensity substance abuse treatment administering at least 5 hours per week of clinical services.
